Graphic Design
From logos to branding, posters to menus, I work with you to create what you need to make your business stand out. I believe you know your business best, and pride myself on spending time getting to know you and your style so I can design something that really captures who you are and what your brand is!
See below some logos I have designed, with a brief description of what the client was looking for and how I came to the final design.
Lina People's Coach
Lina approached me with a challenge: to design a logo that was timeless and incorporated many different aspects of her work with a range of clients.
Lina works in health and fitness, and works with clients to create a personalised training programme that is individualised and holistic. We wanted to create a logo that left open opportunity to expand into a range of coaching in future. Lina emphasised that it is people she works with primarily, rather than a specific sport or activity. It is the whole person, and their hopes and wishes set the goals, rather than scales and measurements.
I focused on people as the pivotal aspect, and realised early on that Lina herself was the brand USP. I created some samples involving her name, and this was the favourite concept. Lina came up with the acronym Live. Improve. Nourish. Aspire, all of which relate to the development of the whole person, nourishing mind and body, living fully and reaching potential.

Alistair Thain Counselling
Alistair approached me when he launched his counselling practice. He is a fan of bees and nature, and is interested in incorporating walk and talk therapy into his practice. He wanted a logo that was professional and calming, that reflected his love of nature and the outdoors.
He requested a bee in a honeycomb hexagon, and initially we worked with a realistic painting of a bee. However, it was eventually refined to a much cleaner image with a calm pastel blue.
